Andrew Rosenbaum has worked in Europe for the past 20 years. He has lived in Belgium, U.K., and Czech Republic. But his greatest loves are France and Italy, and he has spent close to 15 years in those two countries. He speaks French, Italian, German, Dutch, and Russian. He has traveled extensively in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East as well. He has written about food, wine, and travel for a wide variety of publications, including the Miami Herald, the New York Times, the inflight magazine for Flybe.com, the inflight magazine for KLM, and others.
