A graduate of the British College of Journalism, Gillian travels the world with her husband, a Master Mariner.  A freelance travel writer, she uses her personal journals and memories help her write about her experiences abroad.

The Florida editor for BellaOnline Magazine and a featured guest blogger for the luxury hotel booking website, Luxique, Gillian is also contracted to write articles for Payless Car Rentalsto promote destinations within the US that offer hire car airport services. A self-confessed foodie, Gillian also writes candid reviews on food and drink.

She has been published in many publications including Geneva Times, Porsche Post, Social Affairs (Miami) and La Dolce Vita. Her recently published a guide book, “Days Out in Central Florida” which is flying off the shelves on Amazon.com and in local Barnes and Noble stores.

Gillian is a member of the International Travel Writers’ Alliance and the Florida Writers’ Association, keeping in touch with the industry through LinkedIn.

When she is not writing, she travels the world extensively, taking cruises several times a year to collect fresh material for articles and website content.

Paul Bissett is a raconteur and gourmand, who hosts numerous dinners and whisky tasting events.  He has traveled the world, living and working in America, Australia, England, Gibraltar, Saudi Arabia, Scotland and Taiwan, and has also visited a further 35 countries, many a number of times. These travels have allowed him to savor a number of different cultures and their cuisines.

Paul is the writer of a whisky newsletter, mainly featuring single malt scotch, which is read in eight different countries.  He is also the editor of a Scottish newsletter.  Paul organizes and leads hiking holidays (upscale, no camping) in Scotland, with emphasis on whisky and food.
